Instructions: Put a tiny drop on your fingertip...A FULL PUMP IS NOT NECESSARY.  Gently, and quickly rub into the skin immediately surrounding each eye, and massage in small circular motions until it is completely absorbed, usually 15-20 seconds. Can be worn under eye makeup, though with extended use, you may choose to give up your eye makeup altogether.
